I have also been wanting to try a new technique, well it's new to me as I don't think I have ever used it before. Successfully that is!
It's just a watercolor wash, with droplets of alcohol. This techniques give the card something extra.
For the embossing powder I tried the new Shimmer White. I know you can not see it in the picture, but it very pretty in person.
