How to Order Online

Hello Stampers!

If you’re new to Stampin’ Up! the ordering process can be a bit confusing, or even upsetting!
I would like to instruct you on how to place an order, and before you know it…you will be a pro!

There are two main ways to order from Stampin’ Up! 
  1. Online – See End for Tutorial
    1. On Stampin’ Up! main web page (Stampin’ Up! will encourage you to select a Demonstrator)
    2. On Independent Demonstrator website
  2. At Stampin’ Up! event
    1. Workshops
    2. Stamp camps
    3. Clubs
There are several ways to shop as well.
  1. Shop Online by double clicking the “Store” or “Shop now” links
  2. Download Catalog from website
  3. Physical copy of catalog – contact Demonstrator for a copy
If ordering online, orders are shipped directly from Stampin’ Up! to your door or mailing address.

If ordering through a workshop, and to save on shipping – Demonstrator or Host can deliver if local.

Choosing a Demonstrator
When placing an order online, Stampin’ Up! encourages you to select a Demonstrator. You will need  to choose a Demonstrator and you can select no contact.  NO Contacts will not receive gifts from demonstrator.

Demonstrators are not restricted to the same city and state (as you), your Demonstrator can be national but not international.

Hostess Codes

If there is one available, are great ways to help a fellow crafter out! Hostess Codes can be good to 30 days.

Online Party with a Specific Hostess – Hostess Code could have a timeframe and a specific end date.

Online Stampin’ Club – Usually good through 2oth of Month.  FYI…If you place an order, then a week later find something else you absolutely love, you can use the hostess code on that order as well, long as Hostess is active.

Monthly Demonstrator Hostess Code – Every 1st of the Month, there will be a new Hostess Code on Blog/Website/Facebook Pate.  Use this code if you are not part of an Online Party or Club.
All orders are shipped after they’ve been placed, and do not have to wait to end date of workshop/class.

If your subtotal is more than $150, and not part of a Workshop/Class/Online Party.  Please, do not use this code, as your order has become eligible for Stampin’ Rewards.  Stampin’ Rewards, allows you to get Free Item and up to 1 50% off item.

How do I order Stampin' Up! products online

Visit My Online Store
To qualify for my Customer Rewards, make sure you are at my online store in the upper right hand corner you will see my name and information. You can Sign In or Create Account for New Stampin’ Up! Customers (FYI…You may have an account already, but need to change demonstrators as needed)

Setup Account
Click on Create Account, Complete Information & Continue

Be Sure to Check the Box YES 
“I'd like to receive updates on products, promotions, and upcoming events from Stampin' Up!”
If you select "no", you are shopping anonymously and I see "No Contact" instead of your name.  I have no information to contact you and will not be able to send you your free PDF when you place an online order (or any other qualifying Customer Rewards). 

Sign into your account. 
Once you have set up, your next visit you will only need to Sign In

Begin Shopping!
On left hand side under HOME will be a list of categories, click on the Category you want to shop in, then click the item you want to purchase.  

A new window will open, verify item selecting.   Tip – Read whether Wood Block vs Clear Mount Stamp Set

Click on “Add to Bag” 

When you are finished adding items to you bag just click on the Checkout and follow the steps.  – Enter Hostess Code, Check on Special Offers. (See next step if order totals over $150, and not part of Online Party or Club)

If you order is over $150 (before tax and shipping) do not use the hostess code. 
You can earn Stampin’ Rewards (Free product of your choice and or exclusive Stampin' Reward Products).

Here is how to redeem them.
When you go to check out a box will pop with the amount you can pick out free. Click Continue Shopping.

When you select the item you want it will have two options.
Add to Bag or Claim Reward.
Click on Claim Reward and it will add it to your bag.

It will show the price however it will minus it out, below in the totals.

If you have placed orders with me in the past and have not received my free PDF tutorials or cards, more than likely you didn’t check the Yes box to opt in as my customer.  You can fix that easily.
Just go to my online store, Log into your account, and you should see my Name & information in the upper right hand corner.

Click on “My Demonstrator” tab, Click Yes on receive updates, Save Changes.

That’s It!!! Your all set and will become a pro in to time!!
