Local - A Stampin’ Up! Workshop is a fun event where
those who attend get to play with stamping and scrapbooking supplies! It’s a great way to learn about Stampin’ Up!
products or try your hand at new techniques, making cards, scrapbook pages,
gifts, or other paper crafting projects. Bonus of holding a workshop, it helps
you earn free products by
the way of Hostess Dollars which
can be used on any items in the catalog!!!!
What is needed for a workshop?
You! Well, and some guests and me.
Why would I want to hold a workshop?
Because it is a fun time spent with friends while
creating beautiful projects. However,
the best benefit is earning free Hostess Dollars (with qualifying workshop
orders) which are used to purchase specially priced EXCLUSIVE hostess products
(or any other item available in the catalog).
How do I help?
I’m available as a personal shopper, advisor, coach and
friend. There is no need to go out hunting for supplies, my shop is available
24/7 to browse and purchase products. To
keep things simple, I will create 2-3 cards, scrapbook layouts, projects or
combination. This depends on the
Hostesses desires. My job is to have everything needed for the workshop
projects, conduct the workshop in a fun, relaxed manner and (best of all) clean
up afterward.
What is the Hostess responsible for?
The hostess is responsible to invite guests and have some
simple snacks on hand. I also suggest
reminder phone calls to guests 1-2 days before the scheduled workshop
How far in advance should I book my workshop?
I ask that you register 2 weeks prior to class, so I have time to
order the supplies to for the projects.
Is there anything the
Hostess/Guests need to bring?
The Workshop/Class Kit below lists supplies of what I ask stampers
bring, however if they are new I will have some items on hand for use. As a thank you, I give a FREE pair of Paper
Snips to anyone purchases “The Workshop/Class Kit”.
Or if they just a few items, they can be ordered through me or at my
online store using the Workshop Hostess Code.

If you are wanting to Watercolor you will need an Aqua Painter and
Blender Pens. These will be the tools for Watercolor Technique
Classes. Plus, they are great to have on
hand!!
Are there different types of Workshops?
Stampin’ Up! workshops/classes are
a fun way to play with stamping
and memory supplies. And a great way to learn
about Stampin’ Up! products, and/or
learn about a new technique. There are different types of
Workshops/Classes, and if there is something special you are looking for not
listed, please contact me. I will provide
the Supplies to make projects based on Workshop chosen, I only ask that you
bring items from the “Workshop/Class Kit”.

Catalog Party:
Consider a Catalog Party as an alternative to hosting a workshop. Share a copy of the Stampin’ Up! catalog with
family and friends and collect orders from them. You will also receive two
“thanks for hosting” sample cards. The
idea of these cards is to use them as examples of what can be created with
Stampin’ Up! products. The cards are
yours to keep after the catalog show.
Length – 2 weeks

Birthday Party for the Young Crafter - Consider having a "Crafty" birthday party where we will make 2 cards, and a 3d Project. Includes a special gift for the "crafty" birthday person. Can be held at your home or any location. If held at my home, I will have cupcakes and punch for the guests.
Length of class – 2 to 3 Hours

Girls Night: Stampin
101, which means you need no experience in stamping. It is an opportunity
to have fun with your friends and accomplish something. I furnish all the
project supplies. You bring your friends, to either my home or your
home.

Stamp A Stack:
This class is held in my home on a regular basis (check out my events). Each
guest will stamp a stack of cards. I plan for each guest to stamp 6 cards with envelopes. There
are 3 different designs and you will make 2 of the same. Cards
are simple design to allow for a quick creation. If you do not finish in
that time, you can take the material home.

Birthday
Stamp-a-Stack: Birthday
cards is something everyone needs! So, lets replenish our birthday cards.
Because this is a special class we will make 25 cards (5 each of 5 designs) plus we will have lunch. Invite some
friends and lets have fun and chat.

Technique Class:
This where I will showcase three different stamping techniques. A
great way to learn new stamping techniques like masking, Wink of Stellar,
sponging, and many others. I will choose three techniques. Everyone gets
to try the techniques and make three cards, keep in mind this is a more detailed
class.
Length of class - 2 hours.
Cost per person $20.
Big Shot and
Framelits Class: Learn about your Big Shot and how to
use your framelits. We will create 3 cards, and you will learn tips
to make cutting easier.
Length of class – 2 Hours
Cost per person $15
Any Occasions Class: This
is a class where we will make a wide variety of cards.
For example, we will be making sympathy, get well, and thinking of you.
You will make 6 cards with 2 each of the 3 designs.

Paper Pumpkin:
Bring your Paper Pumpkin for fun and fellowship. At this workshop, we
will work on it. Plus, make an extra project using items from Kit and
Current Catalogs. It’s great social
time, but you are also
accomplishing a
project. Please order Paper Pumpkin from me.
Length of class – 2 to 3 Hours

Monthly Stamp
Gathering: I have a group come in to my home to stamp monthly.
In this workshop, I will choose the theme or products we will use on the first
month. After that, I am open to suggestions. We could do a specific
stamp or several different stamps or a technique.
Length of class – 2 Hours
Cost per person $20 waived with a $25 Catalog Order
Christmas Card
Gathering: Who doesn’t love to receive a Christmas Card, and a
homemade one at that. Get a head start
by making Christmas cards in October. We
will make 25 cards, 5 designs x 5 cards.
Length of class – 4 Hours
Cost per person $40
