Ladybug Stampin: Simply Thankful

One of my favorite suites in the upcoming 2018 Stampin' Up! holiday catalog is the Country Lane.

I knew right away I wanted this to be my second monthly craft kit, for August.

Which is just in time for the fall season.

But this suite is just not for fall, or Thanksgiving, but for your home!

I have some future home DIY ideas coming, that use the items from this suite.

I really wanted my first card from this set to be different, and the chicken wire element makes it easy to do. I mean who doesn't love chickens??!!

I love this sentiment, I mean we should all just be "simply thankful" for what we have in our life. And I am thankful that I am able to create with such amazing quality products. And that I am able to show you how to use them, and I can learn from you as well.

Let's get to the measurements (supplies are listed below, the Stamp Set/DSP/Chicken Wire will be available on September 5th):

Early Espresso - Cardbase 8 1/2 x 5 1/2, scored at 4 1/4, extra piece for oval

Cajun Craze - Mat 4 1/8 x 5 3/8, extra piece for oval

Gray Granite - behind the chicken wire 3.75 x 5 (you want this larger than the square cutout)

Whisper White - large enough for oval sentiment, and image stampin

Country Lane DSP - 4 x 5 1/4
