Elegant Floral

I am always getting teased by my fellow demonstrator friends that I don't always need a sentiment on a card, kinda like I don't always need ribbon.

This card just looks elegant to me, what do you think?

Definition of Elegant:
el·e·gant (ˈeləɡənt, adjective)
pleasingly graceful and stylish in appearance or manner.
"she will look elegant in black"
synonyms: stylish, graceful, tasteful, sophisticated, classic, chic, smart, fashionable, modish

When I first made this card, I had planned on adding a sentiment as usual, but when I went to record the tutorial I decided to not add one.

For this card, I think a sentiment on the front would take away from the elegance of the flowers and embossing.

Last year when the embossing paste debuted in the annual catalog, I wanted to look for ways to use it then just the norm.

I began to play with the rubber stamps to make an impression, my first attempt was on a scrapbook layout. Which happens to be one of my favorite layouts in the past few years.

This card has lots of texture, there is cardstock diecuts, embossing powder & paste, and yes a little ribbon.

So where is the sentiment going on this card, inside! Yes I met the challenge by my lovely friends, and now I can get back to adding sentiments to the front again...hahaha

Cardbase - Night of Navy 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 scored at 4 1/4, 5 1/8 x 3 7/8 for front
Mat - Powder Pink 5 1/4 x 4
Whisper White cardstock for framelits, about an 8 1/2 x 11
